In June 2022, we held an inaugural ceremony at the Accra Tourist Information Centre to unveil 16 Regional Folklore Ambassadors who includes our traditional leaders and cultural individuals.
This forms part of our protection and promotional mandate to ensure our presence in all the regions across the country. The ceremony was attended by the Deputy Minister for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Hon. Mark Okraku-Mantey, the Osu Mantse, Nii Nortey Owoo IV, Acting President of MUSIGA, Bessa Simons among other dignitaries.
