By the term “eService” or “E-service” (electronic service), NFB is referring to the use of electronic technology by the organization to provide services to its customers. E-services in this instance can be services such as applications, requests, online orders for services or products, and registrations provided electronically, often over the Web.

To access e-services, users usually log on to a web platform, set up a profile (if the users do not already have one), then request the necessary services. NFB acknowledges such systems can be more efficient and easier to use than traditional methods for connecting people with services, such as requiring people to come into the office or file paperwork through email, etc.

NFB envisages setting up an e-service platform to help automate some of its services, as soon as possible, for the related benefits to the user and the organization as well. You may check this page again, thank you.
